Registration

Please read the introduction carefully before registering:

During the registration process, we do not ask for sensitive data that could be used against you. We do not create a database that would allow criminals to know which vehicles can be found under which address. We maximise our digital security, but to ensure total security, – excluding any accident, we create a database that cannot be damaged in the event of a hack. Therefore, when registering, we only ask for basic data to check that the identification number has been read correctly when a vehicle is found. Such data includes the category of the vehicle (bicycle, car, scooter, etc.), the colour of the vehicle, and the year of manufacture. With this information, we can make sure that the vehicle specified in the registration has been found in the event of a report.

We only ask for sensitive data when a theft has occurred. In this case,  we ask for the exact type of the vehicle (for example: Mercedes Benz Vito Van 114 CDI PRO long), it´s serial number and photos of the vehicle. We only keep a more extensive database of stolen vehicles. We kindly ask our customers to take some pictures of the vehicle at the same time as registering and save them in case of theft. A registration card is included with the product; please record the exact type, colour, serial number and year of manufacture of the vehicle in the registration card. In the event of theft, the card also contains a QR code which will take you to the website, where you can report the theft.

Users are requested to notify us by e-mail of any major changes or modifications to the vehicle. Such as new colours, etc.
